Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to the refund policy: https://sableandatlas.com/refund-policy

To request a return, please email us at contact@sableandatlas.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the item(s). Once approved and the return item has been received by us, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method for the purchase cost on your invoice.

Delivery times depend on your location, but will be on average about 7-10 business days.

CUSTOM DUTIES & Taxes

For most countries, no – there are no surprise charges. Our prices are inclusive of duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), so what you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay.

However, for a few regions where we currently ship using Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) - local customs may contact you to pay import duties or taxes before delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are not included in our checkout price.
